A Little About A Love Like This:
Finally together, Ryan and Julia settle in New York City. Ryan begins his residency at a hospital in Manhattan and Julia is working at Vogue Magazine. They are happy, but their busy schedules make time together scarce.
During a trip to Boston for Aaron and Jenna’s wedding, Ryan and Julia share some much needed time alone and decide it’s time to begin their family. When Julia rushes to L.A. to console her friend Ryan becomes angry and picks up another shift during which a gang rushes the ER to kill off a gunshot victim Ryan is treating. Julia manages a late flight, when she rushes to the scene she finds Ryan and others, some critically, injured.
When Ryan becomes close to Jane, the nurse that saved his life, it shakes Julia’s trust. A faithful Ryan sees Julia’s withdrawal as fights ensue, despite his attempts to show where his heart truly lies. Jane pushes the limits until Julia breaks.
Hurt and angry over Ryan’s excuses for Jane, she leaves without telling Ryan where she is going or when she will return. When Ryan finds her gone without a word, he frantically tries to find her. He is lost without Julia.
Ryan’s work begins to suffer and he and Julia both have to face what sacrifices they are willing to make to for each other and to save the mad love they share.
