About the Author:
Bess made her first serious writing attempt at age fourteen when she shut herself up in her bedroom one summer while obsessively working on a time travel/pirate novel set in the beloved Caribbean. The draft of that novel has long since disappeared, but the story is still simmering within, and she has high hopes of finishing the adventure one day soon. With a license in mental health therapy, Bess worked with veterans until she retired. She writes time travel romance, romantic suspense, contemporary romance and light paranormal/fantasy romances.
